@QBCares @QuickBooks charged me for invoice payment transaction fees BEFORE depositing the funds in my account, causing an overdraft and returned payment. QB is supposed to deposit then withdraw to avoid this. I’ve tried to get support by phone, chat, and community board…

I’ve spent hours on this already, and now the fees are compounding and causing more returned item fees. This is becoming quite frustrating, and customer support doesn’t know what to do other than read me boiler plate language on how returned item fees work
