Our social media manager asked for a $12,000 budget to grow our TikTok presence. I asked what the ROI was. He said "brand awareness." The last time we invested in brand awareness, we got a bigger logo and the same revenue. I asked for the strategy deck. Slide 1: "We go viral." Slide 2: "Profit." That was the whole deck. I asked what kind of content he wants to post. He said trending dances explaining our pricing tiers. Nobody understands our pricing now. Adding choreography won't help. I offered him a $0 budget and a challenge. If he can sell one enterprise deal using a TikTok dance, I'll double his salary. He laughed. I didn't. Budget denied. We’re not flossing our way to ARR.

享受币安人生 继续在 @BNBCHAIN 上 BUILD 🔥 有幸到南京信息工程大学路演聊聊 “什么是区块链” 刚走进课室，位置已经全坐满了。一边聊一边观察下来，其实真正的人才都在校园里，有搞网络安全的、有在做AI框架的、还有已经能独立写出自己 AI Agent系统的，个个都是隐藏的大神。那一刻让我想起刚进大学的自己，也是满脑子想法，想创业、想改变命运、想赚第一桶金。 但我会发现到很很多学生其实被原生家庭的教育框架“圈”住了。父母希望他们好好读书、考研、进大公司，过一辈子安稳的生活。 可当我提起 AI Agent + Web3 这个话题，他们会觉得已经普遍了，但对比 Web3 真正产品落地和运营 AI Agent 的项目方很少，很多所谓的 AI项目方打着 AI Agent 的名义只发币而没产品，而这些学生是真的能写出自己的一套 AI Agent 并可以使用的，狠狠打脸了那些 “只发币不做产品” 的项目方！ 我印象深刻的是，大陆的大学几乎每一所都有创业楼，教授也会带着学生做项目，这是在马来西亚大学比较少会看见的，所以让我更坚信我们在 @Didotxyz_ 正在构建的方向：以算力为 AI的底层架构，以大模型为中层支撑，再以 AI Agent DEX 为上层生态。

Saying all this with a heavy heart. My old discord has been compromised. 3+ years of hard work, connection building, very close relationships and amazing communities I’ve been apart of. To make matters worse is that the old discord was connected with an email for a company I worked with that no longer exists along with the phone number which you’ll need to have access to change anything. Not just in the Web3 space but IRL I’m facing some very unfortunate stuff financially. I had to make sacrifices for my family. There’s a lot of negativities going on right now and I’ve decided to stay away from the web for over a week. I’ve had to sell bags just to make sure there was still a roof over our heads and food on the table. The overwhelming guilt has been eating me alive. My family and I are going through it rough. Very important information was on that discord account. Information I cannot get back. I appreciate everyone trying to reach out to me and check up on me but my self esteem is extremely low. My negative thoughts are extremely intrusive. I don’t know what to do or say I feel like I’m not going anywhere and stuck at the same time. Live in the middle of nowhere. My vehicle is broken down. There are major health concerns arising. Everyone deserves to know what’s going since it’s been roughly almost 2 weeks since I’ve spoken to anyone. If anything I’m trying to find work to stabilize myself and for my family. If you do please reach out I’d greatly appreciate it a lot.
