@Airtel_Presence Bringing this to @HarmeenM notice. Ma’am this is after politely answering the cc calls regularly for 2 days, these calls are highly unacceptable. There is some serious issue with this. As a customer, I do believe I have to right to disconnect than get harassed.
@Airtel_Presence I am not interested in any more conversations! I get calls at 9 am, 10 am etc asking the same question everytime. Either your agents do not know how to update the system or it’s just regular behaviour to harass the customer into continuing with the connection. Here the proof!
