@BlueDartCares Extremely disappointed with your pathetic service. My courier was supposed to be delivered on 12 May, but even after 3+ days there is no delivery update. The shipment is just moving between facilities within the destination city instead of being delivered.

@goibibo & @airindia cancelled our journey due to airline technical fault, yet we are still fighting to get OUR OWN MONEY back. Full refund still not received, convenience fees deducted, and continuous harassment from support teams.

Booked via @goibibo, flight cancelled by @airindia due to THEIR technical fault. Air India officially issued FULL REFUND letter, yet Goibibo is shamelessly deducting ~₹3000 as “convenience” & other charges.
