@PUMA @jagograhakjago @bureau_indian An order of footwear was placed on 25th June and the prodcut was delivered within 2 days with timely updates. However, the product was big size so exchange was applied on the same day of delivery dated 27th June and since there is no update.

This is the way @ZeptoNow treat their customer. They've refunded 100/- and ended the chat & closed the options to report it again. They are not even accepting that they've delivered dis. Do we get a health back with this? What do we do now?
