@BankofAmerica I always appreciate your fraud alerts and protection algorithms. Usually less than a 5 min call to rectify. Today I’ve been on the phone with 5 different people for 1+ hours - And nothing I can’t buy lunch because you’ve shut me down. You need to do better

@British_Airways All day - @British_Airways is full of excuses and “nothing” we can do about it. - Poor checkin polices that don’t reflect airport polices - layover too short at Heathrow. Again - times not aligning with airport polices - lost luggage DO BETTER

@British_Airways New EES system in Europe. You will need to do better with check-in’s. Can’t check bags 2.5 hours before your flight…reasonable, until the EES queue is 2 hours long and you have one person working the check-in counter. You need to do better #Venice airport

@British_Airways @batundemusic #British_Airways failed me for a second time today. In their home airport at Heathrow you schedule flights too close to each other. You should how long it takes to get between gates. I’m so disappointed

@British_Airways The 2/3 hours are understandable until it takes 3 hours to get to your gate. I can’t begin my journey through security until I check my bags. Your policies do not match with the airport times. That’s the issue
