@jimiuorio @Hstlinghosptlis Sorry Jim, have to disagree. Have family that milk the government system, and it is infuriating. Side note, I also have a problem with the guy that jogs to his car parked in a handicap spot at my train lot.

Let’s recap..viewed in a vacuum both PPP and the inflation reduction act were highly inflationary. So much so that it’s easy to argue that it was by design. The difference was that PPP was launched at a moment when deflation was a clear and present threat. The inflation reduction act was launched at a time when inflation was already exploding…both policies were bad. One policy was defensible the other seemed punitive…any disagreement is welcome…unless you are an “orange man bad” psycho …

@jimiuorio Good lord. I really hope this is all clickbait bullshit for your podcast and you're not an actual fiduciary for someone/something with this analysis.

I find little value in comparing the inflation under Biden vs the inflation under Trump, except to expose the hypocrisy of the chicken littles screaming about inflation. CPI averaged 4.5% under Biden. Also, it wasn’t a surprise and it was intentionally orchestrated…your buying power was stolen so profligate spending government entities could continue reckless spending. I’m fine with that as long as every one in the middle and lower classes signed off on that plan…did you??

This chart has been everywhere lately. What does it really tell us? In 1979 (Carter Hell) 10% were upper middle class. Then came Reagan, lower tax rates, less spending, and the end of welfare as we know it. Upper Middle class grew to 25%. Since then, it’s improved just 6%, to 31%, and that came with massive government borrowing and handouts. Subtract QE and deficit spending and have people really become better off income wise? Or, have asset values just been inflated. I want the 1980s and 1990s back.

@jimiuorio @Wintheday41 "I don't watch it. Too political." "Not real basketball" "I'm an expert. Quiz me." I can't tell you anything Dunning-Kruger hasn't explained already. x.com/jimiuorio/stat…

Sports are escapism for me. I usually stop watching if they start pushing a political ideology. Particularly when the product isn’t very good…like the @NBA ..also, it wouldn’t matter one bit if the political message aligned with my own beliefs or not…

I had no opinion on the war because I lacked necessary information. Either Iran was becoming a larger and larger threat to U.S. or they weren’t. Very few of us on this platform knew conclusively. Either the u.s. will be able to reshape the Middle East and have governments that are more friendly to us or not. I have no idea and only time will tell. The inclination to pick a side and defend that side as if there’s no possibility that you could be wrong is the strangest of all the psychological characteristics. It seems bent on fear and insecurity. You can’t admit to yourself that you have no idea if these developments are “good” or “bad.

@jimiuorio @Wintheday41 Yesterday you commented on NBA basketball. A topic you clearly lack knowledge on. That was 12 hours ago. Would you like me to go back any further?

One of the weirdest things happening right now is that it seems people are willing to throw away what seems like real progress toward peace in the Middle East. All because they hate Donald Trump. Am I wrong about this? What’s wrong with the Abraham Accords?

@wesbury One of the weirdest things happening right now is people are willing to throw away everything important to them.. religion, family, professionalism, free trade, integrity, decency, all in the name of an old snake oil reality TV hustler. x.com/wesbury/status…

@c2avilez @CindyB_2018 @prchovanec I’m not against that. This is now a productive conversation. However, peace in the Middle East, tax hikes, out of control spending, the rise of China are all very important, too. Maybe more important. Why many ignore this because they hate one person is beyond me.

President Biden is going to enact a lot of policies I disagree with. I blame Donald Trump, and Republicans who supported him, for making the alternative completely untenable.

We have an entire generation that lacks any sense of accountability. These people should be mocked and ridiculed out of any professional or leadership postions. If you are naive enough to buy this bullshit for 10 yrs, you shouldn't be making decisions for others. Period.

@wesbury Wait.. you believe a majority of the country is looking to engage with Gunther Eagleman, LibsofTikTok, and James Woods? That's what you took from that infographic? And you want to announce that to the world? While representing your employer? Are you sure about that?
