Unbelievably tragic and frightening

Due to being hit by a car on my bike in 2007, I have had 7 pulmonary embolism’s over two separate episodes.. survived due mostly to size of clot and my fitness.. take Xarelto forever now.. if you ever have a trauma (surgery is trauma) to your lower body pay attention to unexplained pains in the legs before they break off and travel to the lungs.. ask the dr about them.. they come suddenly and not everyone survives

Endurance athletes are building the very disease they think they're outrunning. Distance runners and cyclists accumulate visceral fat, heart fat, and muscle fat while believing their exercise protects them. Their cortisol remains too high for too long and contributes to all sorts of dysfunction.
