Being in the room for Lindsey Graham's Kavanaugh defense - you could have heard a pin drop. It turned the tide because it shifted R's from a nervous defensive posture to fiery offense, calling out the egregious Democrat and media character assassination against a good man.

🏛️ Remembering Lindsey Graham's finest moment - his defense of Justice Kavanaugh When the left attempted to defeat Justice Kavanaugh's confirmation with a disgusting, desperate character assassination campaign, Lindsey Graham launched into a legendary tirade to turned the tide.

.@MattWhitlock on New York's new one-year moratorium on data centers and the possibility of foreign influence: "I also think there's a lot more to this than people are talking about. Pennsylvania Democratic @SenFettermanPA tweeted, 'China wins,' and I think that, with this, it does raise the question: Is this a smart policy or a shortsighted one? ... There are a lot of signs of foreign influence amplifying anti-data-center sentiment, so it's fair to ask questions, but also know when you might be getting played by a foreign op that wants America to be less competitive in things like AI development and buildout."

OH MY! Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan testifies before the Senate that the Federal Judicial Center's climate science chapter in the judges' manual was slanted. "I know that the controversy that you're referring to, which is about the climate science chapter and whether there were statements made within that chapter treating this un- treating as uncontested things that many people continue to contest. And the head of the Federal Judicial Center, Judge Rosenberg, has engaged with the people who have made those criticisms and those objections. In the end, the Federal Judicial Center has withdrawn that chapter from the book on the view that, anything that gets so many people riled up and anything that so many people think, "Wow, that was way too hasty," there, there's still lots of disagreement about things that you presented as entirely agreed upon, shouldn't be in a book of this kind. The entire purpose of this book really isn't to take positions on contested and contestable matters. It's to help judges, assist judges, with respect to scientific issues, but not with any kind of slant either way. And because so many people did think that that chapter was slanted in a particular direction, Judge Rosenberg decided to take it out of the book. I know that she is engaged with members of Congress about her decision, about what to do next, about how to make sure that the processes that the Federal Judicial Center uses are good ones and that the situation like this doesn't come up again."

Gov. Hochul just signed an executive order halting new data centers, citing “unprecedented demand on energy.” New York has 133 data centers. Virginia has 637. Yet New Yorkers pay roughly 70% more for electricity. Data centers are an easy scapegoat, but New York’s failed energy policies are the real culprit.
Governor Kathy Hochul@GovKathyHochul

AI data centers are reshaping our future. No one gets to build that future by asking New Yorkers to sacrifice theirs. Today, I’m taking action.

Justice Kagan, who notably wrote the foreword for the Federal Judicial Center’s latest reference manual, details the problems with its biased climate science chapter and why FJC Director Judge Rosenberg ultimately pulled the chapter from the manual: “The entire purpose of this book really is not to take positions on contested and contestable matters; it’s to help judges, assist judges, with respect to scientific issues, but not with any kind of slant either way...I think that Judge Rosenberg’s hope is that things will be learned from this experience, and that the Federal Judicial Center won’t ever find itself in this position again.”

CLARITY does the opposite of what anti-tech Dems claim. Under their direction, the SEC refused to create rules and that led to the worst frauds and scams in the industry's history. Now, they're trying to stop CLARITY—leaving consumers exposed for their own political gain.
Chris Murphy 🟧@ChrisMurphyCT

The CLARITY Act is the bill supported by the crypto industry to increase their reach into our banking system and broader economy. There are many problems with the bill, but most egregious is that is essentially legalizes Donald Trump's crypto corruption scheme. Let me explain.

WATCH: @MattWhitlock on how Israel has become the "litmus test" for Democrats — as more candidates make anti-Israel hate and excusing antisemitism central to their campaigns: "The big litmus test that we are seeing right now in so many primaries where DSA candidates are winning is that Israel is the deciding issue. We have Democrats who have 97, 98% progressive scores losing to candidates almost exclusively on the issue of Israel — and that's where the energy is in the Democrat Party. It does bode poorly for the rest of the party going forward, because that is going to be their test: how radical can your rhetoric be against Israel?"

.@MattWhitlock on the parallels between Graham Platner and Abdul El-Sayed — and the bigger problem facing Democrats as the socialist wing takes over the party's energy, enthusiasm, and money: "The same consultants who worked for Graham Platner — and helped create this myth that ended up falling apart in their faces — are also working very closely with Abdul El-Sayed, who has major baggage and is a terrible candidate. The challenge for Democrats is that no enthusiasm is with the non-DSA wing. The DSA wing has all the energy, all the enthusiasm, and to some degree, even all the money right now. So how do you beat that? You've got to come up with ideas and people — and ever since the Biden switcheroo, that's only come from the Democrat socialist wing of the party."

The ceasefire falls apart and now Trump says America must be "the guardian of the Strait"? The American people deserve better than a foolish, illegal war that puts servicemembers at risk and sends prices through the roof.

The moment is here. The Senate must deliver the regulatory clarity needed to keep digital asset innovation, investment, and jobs in America. Pass the Clarity Act and send it to President Trump’s desk.
Senator Cynthia Lummis@SenLummis

Couldn’t agree more with @POTUS. Senator Graham was a good friend of mine and was passionate about ensuring that American leadership stayed at the forefront of everything - including digital assets. Let’s get Clarity passed and to President Trump’s desk.

Big Banks - run by far-left activists - say they need to be able to collect fees for every online transaction, and that the Clarity Act will hurt their businesses as people move more money into crypto. Republicans have to remember: it’s all just about Jamie Dimon’s bottom line

🚨 Wall Street is quietly sabotaging the value of your home. We’re asking Congress to investigate 👇 Here's exactly how the racket works: The central player is @FirstStreetLLC — a shadowy outfit whose mission is to "connect climate change to financial risk." They slap subjective, arbitrary “climate risk scores” on American properties. These junk scores are now embedded on @Zillow, @Redfin, @RealtorDotCom, @HomesDotCom, and more. @BlackRock, @Vanguard_Group, and @StateStreet — the asset management cartel ramming through Net Zero and ESG — own a massive 19-25% combined stakes in the parent companies of these platforms. See how this works? First Street cooks up activist “climate risk scores” that perfectly align with the ESG agenda pushed by woke asset managers. Then the home-buying platforms that those same woke asset managers control adopt the scores — tanking home values based on pure speculation and bogus ratings. These unregulated models have zero statutory authority, frequently contradict official FEMA maps, and offer homeowners almost no real appeals process. Yet they’re displayed right next to federal maps like they’re gospel. One documented case hit a FEMA Zone X (minimal risk) property with a 9/10 flood risk score. Buyer interest collapsed. Time on market exploded. The seller took a massive hit on a $6.2 million home. For most American families, a home is their single largest asset and path to generational wealth. This activist-driven science is quietly stealing it with zero transparency or accountability. This isn’t consumer protection. It’s control — Wall Street forcing its radical ESG ideology directly onto your property values. Consumers’ Research has already alerted the CFPB, @FTC, @FHFA, and @HUDgov. Congress should launch a full investigation into First Street and these platforms: - Who’s really behind these models? - Who funds them? - Why unaccountable private scores are allowed to undermine official FEMA data? - What actual protections exist for American homeowners whose biggest asset is being deliberately eroded? American families deserve answers.
