Google “Jay Dixon, after the game” I’m quite passionate about this one and have supported many non Ivy leaders thrive after sports. I could have taken the easy route and continued with my Ivy League MBA cohort, but I see a greater impact here. I’m sorry it offends you, I’m standing up for many people that don’t get the shot at an Ivy.

@jjones9 Only 11.8% of 2023 Fortune 100 CEOs hold Ivy undergrad degrees (89% non-Ivy; 47% state schools). These kids are arrogant and that’s not good. Most will be unemployed after college anyhow. Intelligence is a commodity.

My alma mater blew a 19-point lead to an 11 seed and it wasn’t as embarrassing as this

@jjones9 I’ve been sort of firing more kids from Ivy schools than hiring. Employers often seek skillsets beyond the classroom…aka- the soft skills. Intelligence is a commodity now. Good look kids, don’t be arrogant.
