@orangie Get an MRI see exactly what / where / why / how the nerve is pinched. Possibly get a steroid depending on results.. I also find a cold plunge helps my sciatica when it flares up

I’ve been dealing with really bad sciatica on my left leg / lower back haven’t seen a doctor yet but been doing PT / massages maybe once a week but not enough coming to X for advice lol

These snowflakes want to turn a photo of seashells into a criminal case. “86” means get rid of someone. You get 86’d from a bar. You get 86’d from a venue. It does not automatically mean a literal threat. But these snowflake losers—the social media police—want to pretend it does. This should outrage people across the board. The same people crying about censorship are now trying to criminalize speech. It’s loser behavior. Absolute loser behavior. Objectively.
