@Indy_reporter_ Meanwhile our local school can’t afford to fix the bathroom stalls so kids are crawling on the floor to get in and out because the doors are jammed to the point they can’t open them.

This is what I have so far for the last 10 years. I basically looked for anything to do with giving money refugee/immigration social services, citzenship,etc. There is probably more, but this is the initial findings. The PPP loans that some of these organizations received is WILD. I'm already building a separate table for that.

I never looked into NIPSCO. I do know they aren’t on the IEDC board. Likely a partner of IEDC/AIM, I haven’t looked. I agree there’s corruption. A judge stating “not a state agency” is not the same as being declared a private entity. The ruling was strictly contract claims. So it holds no weight to status.

That was also the problem in the NY lawsuit, that the judge needed a definition to move forward with the commercial settlement, and she decided then that the IEDC was NOT a state agency but a private entity for commercial reasons, and the other party lost because of it. But the IEDC did not object it, so it became a new precedent federally.
