Oh my dear God. Hank Brennan has 41 clips of Karen Read (some of which have likely never been aired) that he intends to use during Read’s re-trial as to the death of John O’Keefe. This has got to be from the new five part documentary (a film that held back material at Karen’s request). The new Canton police department audit (that confirmed no cover-up or manipulation of evidence during the investigation of John’s death) is also on the state’s discovery list. I’m sorry but this case had some of the most annoying back and forth I’ve seen from lawyers and a judge in a long time.
