I hate coming here to call out companies, but @optimum is atrocious. Among the myriad of issues, one of their agents sold us on a package promising a $500 gift card to use towards our bill after 3 months, when in reality the uses are very limited and no one wants to help.

LOL and apparently they use bots for this account because this is the second message like this and I literally posted a screenshot of me trying to do exactly that to no avail. 🙃 I give up.

I tried that first to try and avoid airing it out publicly but Kevin was not able to help and told me to reach out to the gift card company. Again… WE DONT WANT THIS GIFT CARD. We just want what was promised.
