Thanks man trying I’m trying to be a full stack web3 developer I would not lie it not easy but it doable
Antonio Viggiano@aviggiano

I’ve been asked a couple of times how to position yourself during a bear market, and recently by a good friend who is a Solidity developer looking for work. I wanted to share here what I told him, because I think it applies to other people. In a bear market, there is usually a lot of consolidation. Bigger companies get bigger and gain more market share, while smaller companies tend to dry out. This happens because risk aversion increases, so users and capital naturally flow toward the most established teams. The same logic applies at the individual level from a career perspective. It becomes valuable to help drive that consolidation yourself. For example, instead of hiring separate frontend developers, backend developers, Solidity developers, and external security teams, many companies will prefer to hire a single get-shit-done person who can operate across multiple areas, often with the help of one or two extra AI agents. If you are a Solidity developer who is also security-focused, someone who understands fuzzing, formal verification, and can think beyond just writing contracts, you are well positioned to replace multiple internal and external functions that companies previously relied on, but can no longer justify during tighter budget cycles. So go learn more skills and be that one man army that everyone is looking for.

Mbappe has to play on the left. He has to put his ego aside for a minute. You cannot drop Olise, Cherki, or Dembele. — Cherki is much better centrally than Olise. — Olise is much better off the right than Dembele. — Dembele is much better centrally than Mbappe. The only person that benefits from Mbappe 9 is Mbappe himself. If he can’t put his ego aside, he should be dropped.

Lewandowski sent Dortmund to a UCL Final, won them two league titles. Then he went to Bayern, scored 300+ goals, won numerous trophies including a sextuple while also having two Ballon d’Or seasons. Then he went to Barcelona, while being past his prime and went on to score 120 goals in 4 seasons, while also winning 7 trophies. And also his goalscoring stats for Poland are very impressive. This is the best striker of this generation and a top 3 of all time. If you think otherwise, you simply don’t know ball.

Most Web3 projects don’t truly understand what a narrative is. They chase trends instead of building a clear and consistent story people can connect with and follow. When those trend fades, attention disappears. Strong narratives build identity, trust, and long-term growth.💜

Most people posting about Luel AI are leaving out one important detail. Yes, the $20/hr task is real. Yes, Nigerians can do it without VPN. Yes, you just talk with someone and earn. But here's the part you should know before getting excited: The $20/hr conversational task currently requires a laptop/PC. Mobile users usually won’t be able to perform that specific task. So the full picture: • Register on luel.ai/tasks • Invite a partner (anyone) • Join a live session together • Talk naturally for 2–60 minutes • Earn $0.33/min ($20/hr) Just make sure you're using a laptop, or you might not be able to submit the task. Not killing the hype, just helping you avoid confusion.

Llorente needs to be in world class conversations. He’s an 8.5/10 at multiple positions. He’s Spain’s best right back at this moment and can play as a CM/RM/ST…even CB at times. Fitness is an underrated skill in football and there may not be a fitter player in the world.

Before I got into tech . I was still in secondary school then , my brother was a software engineer obviously that was why I joined the space . Although he his big now and he own his own startup while working in Canada . He once told me about how he started taking gigs , he said to me that not all developers just wake up and start charging over $200 per project . He told me that he took a lot of $30 jobs at his early stage of working for clients . I never believed until I started taking gigs too although my first gig pay was a little over $100 . I saw it has a good start tho I thought it was only going to go further from there until I was offered 50k naira to build a project 😂😂 That was when I remember and realized what he told me . He said to me that , “blaq , you will take $30 gig “ I didn’t believe then until it happened . Thank God he didn’t sell me dreams of $1k gigs as a beginner . That’s why I can relate with this @TechnicalBben post . It happens a lot
Technical Ben@TechnicalBben

Everyone in my niche charges $45–$50 per hour and has an insane portfolio. I knew I couldn’t compete head-on as a beginner, so I made a different move. I positioned myself like an expert, adjusted my pricing, and used strong CTAs to attract the right kind of clients. I landed a client who wanted to cut costs. I later found out their original budget was $400, and that was all they planned to spend. For that type of task and tool, people usually charge way more. But because I knew how to negotiate and communicate value, I secured the deal at a good starting price. We agreed on $400 and I clearly defined what that would cover. As the project went on, they realized it would take more time than expected, so I communicated that early. They agreed to pay for extra hours, and that one deal ended up bringing in over $3,000. It was a good deal for and for them if they had gone for the idolo's they would get billed like crazy. A lot of people on X will say one thing and do something else in reality. Don’t let them speak for you. Not everyone is closing $3K deals, and that’s fine. Now with AI in the mix, things are even more competitive. I still take $20–$50 jobs, but I’m clear about scope. "I tell clients exactly what that budget will cover if you want quality you get to pay higher, and if it works, we move forward." I made about $15K in my first year, mostly from small jobs. Those small jobs compounded. The same clients told me they are coming back with more projects because I was affordable and reliable within their budget. And I can also get referrals too. That’s how I built my portfolio and real experience all in my first year in the tech space. Everybody is shouting “you can’t charge 50K.” But sometimes, the real problem is not the amount, it’s the lack of negotiation skills. Most people in tech don’t even know how to negotiate properly. It’s not always about charging the highest price. It’s about knowing how to position yourself, communicate value, and negotiate your way into bigger opportunities. No, all of us go make $5000 and that's fine.
