UPDATE: 1B Vladimir Guerrero Jr. was removed from today's game with a right elbow contusion.
He underwent X-rays which came back negative for a fracture.

Weird question. Realistically how valuable would a pitcher who only and ever gives up one run each inning he pitches would be? Like he gives up a homer to the first batter then 1-2-3 rest of the inning

@kathypom54 I would be happy with either of them, Kasevich is a true middle IF which would be nice to have on the bench but McAdoo does provide that extra pop.
I haven’t looked into their splits vs. LHP specifically but that would play a role too

@jaystalk89 @SophieShipton_ Very awkward unfortunately. I think Sosa for Lukes who's here on Monday I believe. We'll see how Addy does. In a handful of at bats he's only hitting .045 but IMO he's our future. Very tough.

@hasbybets @LombardIsKing_ It’s actually not a bad thought. Closing out games, in extras you score two in the top and he comes in for the bottom. If you had a guaranteed outcome like that it wouldn’t be bad to have in the back pocket

@CJSadowsky @Ihatewinter2026 Don’t think it takes all of that for 2 months but a top 100 (Arjun) + Stanifer and Arias or something like that. All depends how they value our farm vs others I guess and how the wants match up
