@jon_mcdonagh @rickshunk @ftmileycathlab @jlyang5 @jeffreyzimmet @Ravi_Hira_MD @jon_mcdonagh We suspect wire may have gone subintimal into the aortic wall and exited in the PA vs tracked through a small aortic/PA fistula, but we don’t really know for sure. Had us puzzled!

It’s TOIGHT! New meaning to single access for Impella supported LAD CTO with dual injections: 14F sheath, Impella, 4F diagnostic catheter, 6.5F sheath with 6F guide. @Ben_Kelemen @goli_rahul @jlyang5 @abiomedimpella
