I see a lot of people saying to throw year round. I have talked to numerous MLB doctors all of different ages and they all say for youth players to take 3-4 months off throwing. Been following this for 19 years of coaching and have had ZERO TJ surgeries. Not arguing with others just stating what works for my players.

We know a guy like that in our area. People buy it! On top of it, Low integrity. Will bring in guest players that don’t pay to try and win a tournament, rather than play the guys who made the time, emotional, physical, and financial investment. They are doing this on big travel trips too!

@DMVProspectsBSB It's amazing to hear that 13u teams from some of these orgs are only practicing a hand full of times in a spring season. What's even worst, when you look at their upper classmen, many are paying $5-6k for 3rd party recruitment services helping to get placed in college.
