I deadass think it’s a possibility I had corona virus when I got back from Vegas at the end of January. All of the symptoms add up, ran a 103 degree fever for 5 days with a terrible dry cough and splitting headaches. Doctors wrote it off as a flu without testing.

So I’ve been tracking my nutrition intake in the last 2 weeks and it’s absolutely impossible to avoid carbs. They’re everywhere esp when you don’t homecook. We need to open up a restaurant chain called PROTEIN and only serve chicken breast and broccoli. 🤔

@levelsio @pawelabrams Not true. It'd be dependent on a whole bunch of things. I comfortably consume over 450g carbs per day in order to reach my fitness goals (I'm 180lbs lean)
