Anyone watching this game and being surprised at the amount of energy in the Delta Center has clearly never seen a game in the Spectrum, the Marriott Center, Rice-Eccles Stadium, America First Field, Lavell Edwards Stadium, Maverik Stadium, etc This may be new to you but it’s nothing new at all. This is just business as usual in Utah

@jbelway @clintcarlos I have an NHL team a mile down the street to talk about, and EVERY game is rocking! I'm not even from Salt Lake City, but it's a massively superior sports scene than Arizona. So call me what you want. Your team left you for me, and it's clear you're salty about it.

@frrper @clintcarlos @FafGuy2k It’s an hour drive or more from Scottsdale, where the bulk of the fan base was. Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa. I live in Mesa and a weekday game would take me 1 1/2 hrs to get there. Traffic is terrible

@clintcarlos @FafGuy2k Before they moved to Mullet Arena they struggled to fill up their previous Arena. 11-12k average attendance in a 18k capacity arena. Thry were either last or bottom 3 in attendance every year. The arena wasn't the problem. Fan support was.

It was great to see Protective Stadium Fill-in Today. This is the most folks in the building since the Inaugural Game in April 2022 for the USFL. This was definitely a late arriving Sea of people for a Saturday afternoon. The photos that I posted were minutes before the National Anthem was played. Photos posted later in the day show another 10,000 to 15,000 in the stadium before the Gucci Mane Half-Time concert. If only have of these folks show up Friday Night for the next home game, the 2026 season will be an amazing success for Birmingham AL Friday will be against the Three Win DC Defenders.

You should go outside and breathe some fresh air, you keep trying to impale yourself on a dull sword. The correct term is "tickets distributed" What matters to consumers of the television video is the empty seats on camera. Personally, I am bought in with front row tickets in all 8 stadiums as well as current travel reservations for Fort Hood, TX. How many friends family & coworkers did you bring to a game for the first-time this week?

The vultures sitting on the Utility Wires say otherwise. They are more concerned with the background shots from the Television cameras than the game on the field. Exciting Football is not their focus. Just look at the Major headline out of Las Vegas this weekend WrestleMania had a 12.5% loss of butts in seats than 2025. That is over 10,600 customers that didn't purchase the product year over year. On the same day, MLS had over 75,000 seats filled. Until the current US population decides which sports entertainment that it prefers, the pundits will continue to over analyze attendance. My post was to pint out that the forecasted numbers were extremely lacking at the time. I am of the mindset that if you are on-time you are late. It is glaringly obvious that the residents of Jefferson County AL live on a different schedule
