Today we are launching our unified gateway product - call 200+ models from 30+ labs - lower price point than openrouter - openai compatible API AND sansa-auto is now transparent: - see exactly what model was called - only pay for what you need We want to build the go to API for building AI products What would you like to see from Sansa?

I'm merging three of my own products into one. ReplyWisely, TwitPly, and TwitMix were all solving pieces of the same problem. Today they become one Chrome extension that sits on top of X. Less surface area. Sharper story. One tool instead of three. Day 1. Follow along.

@real_rehaan @Jbm_dev for me, its A. A is the most dangerous... because it feels like validation while quietly meaning nothing. A user who "loves it" but doesn't use it OR DIDN'T TRY IT has already made their decision. They're just being kind about it.

what’s worse to hear from a user: a) “I love this” but they never try it b) “I don’t get it” c) “how is this different than…” c has been a big struggle for us lately, but I think b is worse?

@AlxTurovski Yeah I think the tough part with b, is that it’s like a bias they already are showing. I guess it also probably means the explanation is not right haha

@Jbm_dev Either a or b. Don’t know what’s actually worse. Maybe b is worse as they might not come back for an explanation. With a you still have a chance to convince them to try. I think

@Jbm_dev Great idea, terrible execution! Because execution is the only thing that matters

@khan_kilo That must be brutal! We get them via LinkedIn messages sometimes, and I honestly think they might be AI messages like automated inbound response agents or something

@Jbm_dev My take is A. Because someone else can come up and execute it perfectly, stealing your idea and your base.

@Jbm_dev Thanks, Joshua. We believe we started out with a great idea: a privacy-first contacts app that automatically updates data. An ethical alternative to those from Apple and Google. We’ll see if users agree with us. If you’re interested, check out the link in our bio.

@jakeongrowth Yeah, but maybe the idea is terrible for some other reason? Maybe the idea is terrible because it’s just not very profitable, or the market doesn’t exist yet.

@Jbm_dev I’d say (b) is worse. You’re just building something people don’t want. Even if you execute really well, in the end it still won’t work

@Jbm_dev I think by definition it has to be terrible execution. If you can’t execute operations of a successful business then you simply won’t have a successful business.

@Jbm_dev B fails faster and cheaper. A will burn two years before the founder admits the idea was the problem.
