It’s time to break up @Ticketmaster and @LiveNation. Here’s why:

@Ticketmaster @ewarren @bbb_us @TMFanSupport They sold me tickets and then never delivered working tickets. I have yet to even be refunded the money I paid them let alone damages. I have no choice but to get @bbb_us @ewarren and my political representatives involved to get a resolution

@Ticketmaster @ewarren @bbb_us Update: @TMFanSupport @Ticketmaster sent me a DM telling me they have “escalated” the issue and to wait 48-72 hours for an update. That time has passed and they told me to keep waiting. It has been 10 days since I first contacted them about the issue.

@Ticketmaster sold me first party tickets to the Celtics/Knicks game this past weekend but then re-sold my same tickets to someone else without telling me or paying me. I traveled from Boston to NYC for the game for my @Ticketmaster tickets not to work at the gate.
