@jappleby Lost 40 lb in less than a year doing OMAD & alternate day fasting. Easier to adjust your body to new eating schedule with OMAD. For alternate day keep fast days under 500 cal and drink lots of water. Non-fast day for me is around 2500 cal but YMMV.

I’m rolling at 6’5”, 240 pounds right now and need to slim down. Don’t get me wrong—as a former wacky inflatable flailing tubeman, having some weight & a dad bod is pretty fun, but my back & knees need relief. Nutrition plan of choice? Whole30? Macros? Fasting? I need a system.

@Chriswood_5 Stay here bro!! You’re the best on ball defender on the team especially in the paint. Crazy defensive awareness & fast enough to recover in PnR drop coverage or beat guys to their spot off the dribble. Length & hops to recover if you get beat on top foot. Can guard any position.

Is there a solid explanation why NFTs are being adopted now (in tech not mainstream) vs 2018? Were there any updates to the erc-721/1155 protocols? Have eth wallets upgraded significantly and become interoperable with platforms? Or are cryptorich folks just leading the charge?
