Everyone Programs different. One thing about how I program is that I train in athleticism, I don't make guys mechanical. Making attack artists not robots.

i’ve been working with zach 1 on 1 for over 3 years now, he’s went from being 70-72 in his sophomore year to now sitting in the mid 80s and commanding 3 pitches. super hard worker and a great person. can not wait to see what the future holds for this kid!
