No real Republican has ever switched to democrat. It just doesn’t happen. Those accounts saying “3x Trump voter, now I’m a Democrat!” Are fake bots, libs trying to help their dying party, or foreign accounts. We’re seeing clean evidence that Trump still has control of the party, MAGA is still locked in and doing work, and we aren’t slowing down.

My daughter was distraught over Massie today. I told her: your age group went for him nearly 80-20. I also told her: Boomers are the most selfish and ignorant voting bloc in the history of the U.S.

There is a legitimate, mathematical path to flip KY-04 to Democrat Melissa Strange, but the DNC has to invest. Ed Gallrein has no real mandate. He was dragged across the finish line strictly by 60+ MAGA boomers conditioned by millions in TV ads. Massie won the entire under-55 demographic. DNC needs to combine base Democrats with the massive block of Independents, and recruit the 47000 Massie voters. Run hard on economy, gas prices, inflation, wars, etc. Isolate the boomers, weaponize the fractured GOP base, and flip the district.

I dislike age discrimination (especially as I get older!) But fact is: AIPAC targeted boomers because they are the dumbest and easiest to fool. Boomers grew up thinking “the news is true” and never developed filters for sniffing out BS like younger generations have.

i was a gop voter for 30 years. i registered independent the day after he got the nomination in 2016 and have been fiercely never trump ever since. the modern gop is the enemy.
