Well thanks @RadPowerBikes . You shipped my four pound steel bike lock in a flimsy bubble mailer, and the lock mounting bracket broke off in shipping. Four different customer service agents, and everyone refuses to help.

@bikeradar Stop promoting this scam. Weighs 26 pounds by your own admission (11 kilos), and costs over $3,500, with off brand Aliexpress components. A Google search will turn up drilled handlebars, cut down seatposts, brake calipers that fall off...stop supporting this company.

Hey @RaiseMarket and @ShopYourWay , gift card purchases with points aren't working. Any retailer, any amount. Raise phone support hangs up on me, and Raise chat can't help. #frustrated

4 1/2 days later, still broken, Raise says it’s a @ShopYourWay issue, and ShopYourWay support no longer responds to requests for support. This is massively infuriating. 😡

Six hours later, and nothing. @RaiseMarket says they won't help, and @ShopYourWay support doesn't even respond.
