@optimum beware of your appointment. I had mine today between 2-5pm. I received a call around 3 from someone asking if I had an appointment. I was like, yeah, is there an issue. never heard anything and no one showed up. I was bounced around and still don't have an appointment.

@MarriottBonvoy loyalty clearly is meaningless here. Other than accruing points to use for free nights (which obviously costs), this program gives you “perks” that are worthless. Titanium/shmitanium. 3rd floor at the @LibertyBoston - such a disappointment. Front desk RUDE!
