@ideologicalized @LaNoireDe It's not that uncommon for someone who's a primary caregiver to a sibling to see that sibling as being less independent than they actually are. It comes from a place of love and concern, but often leads to friction when the caregiver starts deciding they unilaterally know best

@LaNoireDe My guess is Becca is more astute and understanding of her sister’s psychology than people give her credit for and probably realized on some level that Mel would freak out about her having a sex life, just like she did. That’s probably why she kept it from her.

What really got me with this is that Becca and Adam are serious enough that she knows his parents but she hadn’t even mentioned him to Mel 😪

From what we've seen Ogilvie and Joy seem to have picked a specialisation that the other would be better suited for

@jd2607 @secret_genie_ The perfect snapshot of this is when he suggested bringing the overweight patient to the zoo, which was obviously incredibly rude and hurtful and lacking empathy and dehumanizing.. And then it turned out he was only thinking about the zoo having more robust scales

#pittspoilers tbh a character like him was really necessary. Many people hate him (myself included), but they act exactly like him and his lack of empathy; it looks like they're highlighting all the viewer's flaws through ogilvie

@santospilled I think her problem isn't so much that he didn't face consequences but more that now that she's *seeing* him back at work, she's struggling with whether *her* decision not to report him higher up was the right choice or not.

okay again, trinity problem is not that langdon was an addict is that he STOLE MEDS FROM PATIENTS and got not real consequences bc of that, it's not that hard to get it

@thesunbutch He started doing the actor/model thing, then was in a band, then quit that for the famously low stress job of paramedic for the LAFD, then went from that to paediatric nursing, and now is back on the acting thing playing a nurse

someone messed up here because in s1 scripts it was mentioned mel is 28 but then becca’s patient bracelet says 1999 which would make them 26 in s2 timeline 😬 so which is which

I think Robby likes Santos so much, bc he sees her as a tougher version of himself. She's smart and funny like him, but she's also got this thick skin he wishes he had. His reaction to her SH scars would probably be worse than to Samira's anxiety attack or Langdon's addiction.
