@LetsTalk_FPL It was bound to feel weird. It was done in the knowledge that you were weakening your team to ride 32, have more players playing in 33 than FHers and then gain advantage of a FH in 34. So long as you ride out 32 with a small red, it's fine. A green is a bonus.

The Wildcard feels a little weird so far. Bowen, Thiago, and Van Dijk means a whole bunch of lost points which obviously feels bad and makes you think FH33 was the way. But also, I've had 4 players play and got 4 returns which is fine 🤷 I'm not expecting that rate of returns to continue of course, and if I could go back in time maybe I don't Wildcard, but it's far too early to declare victories, even though WC33/WC35 is in a really strong position as it stands. We'll declare the victory next week once the Bench Boost fails too 🤣

@FPL_Harry The easiest solution is live, in week, substitutions. Deadlines before each gameday of a gameweek to sub players off your team for any yet to play. e.g. Anyone can right now, until say 12:30 GMT tomorrow, sub out Haaland for a bench player.

Today has again raised the debate of when the fpl deadline should be… FWIW, I don’t know the answer, there isn’t a correct one… However, moving it to kick off of the first game would have changed absolutely nothing today.
