@neoavatara Under Texas law the AG's office represents state agencies such as A&M, UT, UofH & Tech in litigation matters. The solution you want is for Paxton to both refuse to represent Tech and not give his (required) ok for Tech to hire its own outside counsel ... in an election year ...

Shame on @KenPaxtonTX for this. He shows that he doesn't really care at all about the sanctity of the sport. He should be defending schools like Texas, Texas A&M, etc. Instead, he is siding with corruption.

I was braising an avocado for breakfast this morning when my four year old daughter Allegra ran into the room with tears in her eyes.
“Daddy,” she screamed. “Did you hear that Elisabeth Warren killed the discount airline Spirit?”
I nodded.
“They wanted to merge, but she said no. Now they’re gone forever. The savings are gone. The rowdy crowds. Everything. It’s all gone.”
I nodded again. This time I was choked up too.
“Will people on work release even be able to fly now?”
I shook my head.
“Even grandma?”
With that, I lost it. We threw our arms around each other and sobbed.

1. Why would anyone make the decision to take Pappadeaux out of an airport?
2. Are there enough grown folks with $$ collecting Pokémon cards to justify a large vending machine in the airport?
3. Why would a female wear a sports bra with nothing over it in the airport?
4. Why do people put bags or food in seats next to them in crowded waiting areas?
5. Why would a person exhale aggressively into heavy foot traffic?
6. Why have self pay stations with zero room for people to line up or access?
7. Why do people stop to rest in the middle of high traffic areas?

Apparently Texas changed to a system where voters can only vote at their assigned precinct and wouldn't you know it? It's causing a ton of confusion with voters.
Precinct only voting is one of those charming solutions to non-existent problems we get to hear about on this site all the time.
