Ours is <5 years old & they’re charging me $200+ to replace a part that’s clearly a manufacturer defect. Could have bought a TON of other mattresses for $9k.

@sleepnumber @jenfassino $9000. App that doesn’t work well. Then when I really need help after calling way too many times you tell me I’m out of warranty not even after a year. Do not purchase from this company.
