@SlackHQ @asksalesforce @SalesforceCust2 Nope. I just want a refund if I can’t get a date. Either charge me for a product and let me know when I can have it - or charge me when I can have it. Doesn’t seem madly unreasonable. Crazy helpful sales team for a crazy good product. If I could have it.

Startups will always be able to disrupt markets because they just care more. @SlackHQ - 30 days, enterprise plan, no migration to grid response but charged my card day one. Being told to email feedback@ by my rep. Crazy.
