@Fily_2 Don’t shake it cause peptides are fragile. It should go away after awhile. I’d test shot minimum if it goes away. If it doesn’t then it’s bad in my opinion

amantadine. what the fuck am i looking to get out of this vintage drug? amantadine hits dopamine from three angles simultaneously: > reuptake inhibition (weak) >presynaptic release > NMDA antagonism blocking excitotoxicity that means you're effectively getting elevated dopamine while your neurons are actively protected from damage. and the anticholinergic properties balance acetylcholine/dopamine ratios automatically - for some this would not be a good thing, but given the amount of modafinil and citicoline i've been doing, it's an interesting experiment. the focus should feel extremely "clean" and more, the sigma-1 receptor activation adds neuroplasticity ON TOP of the dopamine effects. your brain rewires to maintain improvements. BUT, because its dopaminergic effects are relatively mild and its NMDA/anticholinergic effects are more prominent, i am fully open to the possibility it could have opposite effects (brain fog, dissociation). 100-200mg daily, zero abuse potential, 60+ years of safety data - but watch out for livedo reticularis (rare but can happen). not medical advice.

running this interesting stack for the coming 4-8 weeks or so: morning amantadine 100-200mg royal jelly 5g tadalafil 5mg subq selank 500mcg epitalon 4mg vilon 1mg mexidol 250mg ALCAR 500mg mid-day/ afternoon cerebrolysin 5ml (10 days) agmatine sulfate 0.5g evening guanfacine 2-4mg magnesium l-threonate 144mg at need intranasal insulin 20-60iu (non-modafinil days) modafinil/armodafinil (100mg max) NACET 50-100mg citicoline 250mg excluded supplements here as my current supp stack is weird to heal my broken foot. trying something new here, focused on neuroprotection, dopaminergic and executive function optimization, glutamate mitigation, and systemic cellular longevity - not just acute (or even long-term) efficacy. saving selegiline for the next experiments (the MAO inhibition is too limiting, it would be annoying) not medical advice.

Epitalon is a “sleeper” in the peptide space 🧬💤🧬💤🧬💤🧬💤🧬💤🧬💤🧬💤🧬 ——————————————————— Epitalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide developed by Professor Vladimir Khavinson at the St Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology🏴‍☠️ It is the synthetic version of Epithalamin a peptide your pineal gland naturally produces🏴‍☠️ Production of Epithalamin declines dramatically with age which is part of why circadian rhythm sleep architecture and hormonal regulation all degrade as we get older🏴‍☠️ What Epitalon actually does🏴‍☠️ It activates telomerase reverse transcriptase the enzyme that maintains telomere length on your chromosomes🏴‍☠️ Telomeres are the protective caps on your DNA that shorten every time your cells divide🏴‍☠️ When telomeres get critically short cells stop dividing and enter senescence which is essentially the cellular signature of aging🏴‍☠️ In human cell studies Epitalon has extended replicative lifespan of fibroblasts by 44 percent beyond the Hayflick limit🏴‍☠️ Translation it pushed cells past the normal point of senescence without triggering malignant transformation🏴‍☠️ The broader effects observed in Khavinson research🏴‍☠️ Improved immune markers in elderly patients🏴‍☠️ Restoration of pineal function and melatonin rhythm🏴‍☠️ Enhanced sleep architecture I noticed my HRV increase by over 20% each cycle I ran🏴‍☠️ Improved cardiovascular and cognitive function🏴‍☠️ How I am running it🏴‍☠️ Two cycles already this year and starting the third very soon🏴‍☠️ Standard protocol 5-10mg subcutaneous daily for 10 to 20 day cycles with extended breaks between🏴‍☠️ I have ran it at 1 mg and 5mg also with good results🏴‍☠️ This is one of the few peptides where less consistent dosing seems to outperform daily continuous use🏴‍☠️ You can also run pinealon to really get the most out of this protocol🏴‍☠️ 🧬🔬

So I’m adding Phosphatidylserine to my stack for cortisol control after researching a good bit. Does anyone have any insight into pros and possible cons to this compound and has anyone used it before?

They took the domain but they couldn't take the store. PeptidePlugs.co is up and running. GoDaddy suspended our .com after a flood of competitor complaints, not for anything on the actual site. Everything else is fully intact, orders and inventory included. We're still pushing to get peptideplugs.com back, but in the meantime bookmark PeptidePlugs.co and tell your friends where to find us. Not going anywhere.

Question for daily tadalafil users. I followed the guidelines on here and started with 50mg/day, but seemed like i was just hard all the time. Recently cut it back to 25mg/day and still I feel like it's impossible to focus on much else. Anyone try just ten milligrams?

@jdubbles156 So the mots c I have ran 2 different ways 2.5 mg x 2 a week And 1 mg a day 5 on 2 off (this is my preferred way to run it) I just added nad back into the mix and I’m just mirroring the 5 ok 2 off Lots of people run it daily I just wanted to make it simple for me lol🏴‍☠️

The MOTS-cand NAD+ stack is one of the most mechanistically clean pairings in the peptide space🏁🏎️🏁🏎️🏁🏎️🏁🏎️🏁🏎️ ——————————————————— Both compounds work upstream on cellular energy but they hit different parts of the same system 🏁🏎️ MOTS-c activates AMPK which is the master switch that tells your cells to build more mitochondria and burn fat for fuel🏎️ NAD+ is the cofactor those new mitochondria need to actually produce energy through the electron transport chain🏁 Here is the wild part MOTS-c has been shown in published research to directly raise intracellular NAD+ levels🏎️ So they amplify each other🏁 MOTS-c builds the engines NAD+ powers them MOTS-c then refills the NAD+ pool keeping the cycle running🏎️ The result is more cellular energy better fat oxidation improved insulin sensitivity and enhanced exercise output 🏁 This is also why running MOTS-c without NAD+ support sometimes underperforms The signal arrives but the system does not have the cofactors to execute🏎️ Stack them and you are addressing both the demand and the supply side of cellular energy🏁 This is what real cellular optimization looks like🏎️ 🧬🔬

@rorynotsorry We’re still going to get best price per mg than anywhere else with top notch testing. I loved the singles but we’re saving $ in the long run buying the packs anyway. Also, def do the 3 packs if possible

@RetaDiary I can attest that it wasn’t until I got to 4mg food/bad habit noise began to subside and real noticeable body comp began. Energy levels were incredible even at 0.5mg but 4mg/wk for me was when I was like oh this what everybody is talking about

INTERESTING! Been digging through public reta trial community posts and the side effect chatter by dose is interesting. 2mg: • “Do I even feel it yet?” • appetite changes • headaches • fatigue 4mg / 6mg: • food noise getting way quieter • reflux • sleep getting weird • protein/water becoming important 9mg / 12mg: • nausea • diarrhea • stronger GI talk • some people talking about moving back down Not medical data, just patterns people keep bringing up. I have so much more to read and understand. Going to keep pulling interesting stuff from the community.
