@NielsKok5 Hi Niels, I have managed to get to the bottom of it today - it turns out a colleague had deployed an old ADMX at some point, and there were a couple of legacy policies targeting the RDS which no longer exist. New GP applied and works perfect! Thanks for your responses.

@NielsKok5 I have the logs from the program data, do you mind if I DM them to you? We’ve installed the latest hotifx but still the same unfortunately

@jdwba The file is not in use also on another device?
This is the log file from the programdata? Did you enable all logging? You can configure specific logging or all logging. Please enable all logs if it isn't I feel like I am missing some details.

@NielsKok5 This is what we get, we have checked and the disk is not mounted in disk manager after a log off

@RahaSidharth @CPiddyMFC @PearsonVUE I’ve just emailed the link you have just sent to Pearson Vue to show it’s not just me, there is no point getting them to reschedule at the minute if we’re just going to have the same issue

@PearsonVUE urgent help needed, due to sit an online exam in 15 minutes but it's not loading the labondemand page. Have tried from 3 different networks

@jdwba @PearsonVUE Exactly that mate, spent an hour on hold for them to say they can't see any issues and rescheduled me for Monday.... Sigh.
