I took this photo without thinking much about it. It wasn’t until later that I realized why I had taken it. Hermano Lejano. Colonia Escalón. Growing up between two countries can feel like living between two identities. Outside El Salvador, I was Salvadoran. In El Salvador, I was the cousin from abroad. It took me years to realize I didn’t have to choose between the two. I just had to find a way to bridge them. That realization became the foundation for Pacifica Origen.

A special thank you to the women who helped make our first Women in Bitcoin Montréal gathering possible 🍊 @dreamgrdacademy @withmargie • @tallowedandfree @jaki.naturopathy @je_aash • @pacificaorigen Looking forward to continuing the conversation.

The Bitcoin community in Montreal has never been stronger. What’s most impressive? This is all being built during a bear market. @womeninbtcmtl brought the signal. An inspiring event and a powerful reminder of the momentum growing in this city.

Building bridges isn’t only about connecting places. It’s about connecting people, ideas, agriculture, and long-term opportunities across borders.

The coolest thing happening in El Salvador right now? Young Salvadorans — born there and in the diaspora — are going BACK to build. Startups. Restaurants. Real estate. Tourism. The brain drain is reversing. The next generation is betting on El Salvador. 🇸🇻
