Dogs are a part of society...This is cruel because dogs are social animals. They cannot live in confinement. It is not feasible for the Govt because such manpower and space for shelter homes are not possible. Instead of that, if we work on animal birth control, their population can be brought down in the next 10 days. That is what the Govt should do, work on animal birth control - not on confinement..."

Feeding of these animals stopped at the airport and dogs are dying due to hunger and no water in this peak summer. Dial Estate head has denied to keep water bowls and to feed dogs.
