I love the stretching and song part to really signal an EOD (EOF version for your day). I find songs to be very helpful with that too. I do have a Spotify playlist for instance which is exactly 30min long and has a very distinctive first song. When working and playing on repeat, my brain automatically tracks 30min slots and I keep myself on track without consciously checking the time. Important part is to NEVER shuffle. I will try an end of day playlist of 10min while stretching, I have a feeling it would have the same effect after a while. (Here's my Spotify playlist: spotify.link/M0dYND2GMJb)

Somebody should build an MVP agency to launch new ideas quickly - I pay you ~$5k - give you v1 feature list - you ship in 4-6 weeks - very basic, default TailwindUI Does this exist? I’d spin up 4-5 ideas at a time if there was a shop that could churn these out at scale.
