Illinois state police respond to a domestic call involving Chicago "drill rapper" Jalen Carpenter (24) aka “EBKcap82” from the group Mixxmobb. Instead of spitting a few bars, Mr. Carpenter pulled his firearm within seconds of being approached by the lead officer, & fired a shot randomly into the ground. The officers on scene then decided it was time for an impromptu ballistics test with their Glock 22 MOS handguns wearing Holosun optics in order to settle the internet argument of whether 40S&W was still a relevant caliber. The test of their 180gr JHP projectiles produced impressive results and Mr. Carpenter died on scene saving taxpayers millions of dollars. Last night U.S. forces, in coordination with the Armed Forces of Nigeria, killed Abu-Bilal al-Minuki and other ISIS leaders. Back in November 2025, President Trump declared to the world that we will help protect Christians in Nigeria and instructed the Department of War to prepare for action. So, for months, we hunted this top ISIS leader in Nigeria who was killing Christians, and we killed him—and his entire posse. In conjunction with Nigeria’s President, and at the direction of President Trump, U.S. Africa Command oversaw a precise operation to remove this terrorist. Abu-Bilal al-Minuki was the senior ISIS General Directorate of Provinces Emir — the number two for ISIS globally — responsible for overseeing the planning of attacks, directing hostage-taking and managing financial operations. The removal of him and other ISIS personnel makes Americans safer by further degrading ISIS’s ability to plan and carry out attacks that threaten the U.S. homeland, American citizens, and innocent civilians. Operations like last night’s demonstrate the exceptional lethality, patience and skill of U.S. forces, amplified alongside willing and capable partners, to address shared threats. This should serve as a reminder that we will hunt down those who wish to harm Americans or innocent Christians, wherever they are.

Good update on revising negative actions for those who left - that's a no brainer. Many were given the legal equivalent of felonies for not taking a deadly experimental substance and that prevents them from owning guns, loss of VA benefits, etc.... That said, EVERY SINGLE flag officer who held a command position and issued this unlawful order needs to be criminally tried for their criminal actions under the UCMJ. Why would anyone who got out because of these criminals want to serve under them now when they have even more rank? It's illogical and not charging them is immoral. Heroic Last Stand of Two Marines in Ramadi. April 22, 2008, two U.S. Marines, Corporal Jonathan Yale and Lance Corporal Jordan Haerter, stood their ground at an outpost in Ramadi, Iraq, as a truck bomb approached their position, They Leaned In they had about six seconds left to live. It took maybe another two seconds for them to present their weapons, take aim, and open up. By this time the truck was half-way through the barriers and gaining speed the whole time. The recording shows a number of Iraqi police, some of whom had fired their AKs, now scattering like the normal and rational men they were—some running right past the Marines. They had three seconds left to live. For about two seconds more, the recording shows the Marines’ weapons firing non-stop…the truck’s windshield exploding into shards of glass as their rounds take it apart and tore in to the body of the son-of-a-bitch who is trying to get past them to kill their brothers—American and Iraqi—bedded down in the barracks totally unaware of the fact that their lives at that moment depended entirely on two Marines standing their ground. If they had been aware, they would have known they were safe … because two Marines stood between them and a crazed suicide bomber. The recording shows the truck careening to a stop immediately in front of the two Marines. In all of the instantaneous violence Yale and Haerter never hesitated. By all reports and by the recording, they never stepped back. They never even started to step aside. They never even shifted their weight. With their feet spread shoulder width apart, they leaned into the danger, firing as fast as they could work their weapons. They had only one second left to live. The truck explodes. The camera goes blank. Two young men go to their God. Six seconds. Not enough time to think about their families, their country, their flag, or about their lives or their deaths, but more than enough time for two very brave young Marines to do their duty … into eternity. That is the kind of people who are on watch all over the world tonight—for you.

In Dec 2021, I was banned from my own facility & forced to lead my subordinates from outside in the elements. That humiliation ritual began a bitter fight with Navy leaders over their unlawful orders; a fight that I took public to try & give hope to others. I thought I would never be able to trust another @DeptofWar leader. Under the leadership of Secretary @PeteHegseth, however, all that has changed for me. I have never had more hope for this organization. And my trust in the very top of the Department I serve in has never been higher. Not everyone in the chain of command between he and I fully understand the Constitution, our laws, or are even onboard with the significant changes @SecWar is enacting. Many of those who caused all these harms are still in uniform or in key SES positions. However, despite these pockets of resistance, the roadmap to reconciliation has been laid. And I trust Secretary Hegseth to lead us there while doing everything in his power to bring restoration through repentance and meaningful accountability. For those victims who went through this, our challenge is to try and see our former persecutors as future potential allies. We have a country to save and a nation to defend. Time to get back to work. And to paraphrase SECWAR, we only fail if we stop trying.

DOJ Assistant AG for Civil Rights, Harmeet Dhillon, is suing the city of Denver, Colorado over its "assault weapons" ban law. While I'm glad to see this type of lawsuit as the Denver "law" is prima facie unconstitutional, I'd much rather see those responsible for these types of laws be criminally charged and perp walked in chains as these "laws" aren't just unconstitutional, instituting them is a criminal offense. To that point, Denver's Mayor Johnson stated, "Denver will not be bullied by any administration, especially one that has shown so little regard for public safety or the rule of law." As you can see by that quote, he doesn't care about a civil lawsuit as it will be paid for with forcibly stolen taxpayer dollars and won't impact his life at all. He probably wouldn't be so smug if he was rightfully and justly looking at a prison sentence.
