@sister_slay That is such an alienating comment and I think where there church lets itself down.U have to be all in or ur out.Other religions allow for more casual attendance-visit for peace.People can believe but not always follow.TBM’s slating when it’s Mormon trauma that caused so much.

I just finished this season of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.. who knew you don’t need to practice any part of the religion to be considered Mormon.

I went to the Temple tonight and did initiatories. On my last go-around I noticed the guy had a note in his pocket that said "Notes on the death of Charlie" The rest was not visible below his pocket line. Right before I walked out I asked him what it said. He told me it was thoughts he had earlier on his shift about how Charlie Kirk was a Warrior for Jesus and ideas about how he could be a better Warrior for Jesus. I was touched and felt the Spirit and hugged him and told him I was thankful for him and loved him.

@SF_England 2 days calling, 4 calls cut off. Two mid way through conversation, two just waiting to be answered. Over 2 hours trying to get support. Someone now without any funds and threat to be kicked off uni course for a delay from your end. I need to speak urgently today

@SF_England Thanks for following along. It’s been a journey. And all staff need to know to go into account to view 3rd party consent info. That costs me 2 hours of calls just to be told it’s not there. They have a memo saying to go into account. But yeah. Staff great but systems not helping

@SF_England Anyway. They did agree to escalate now application approved and finally notification that all should be going through asap and finance has been awarded. Thanks goodness for pushing and pushing or who know how long after 20th Dec would be done.

@SF_England It got moved to 20th December. A call for an hour and a half again this week has managed to finally escalate to get things sorted. Ironically , because I emailed a complaint in meantime, they said normally this has to be dealt with before account can then can escalated. Doh!

@SF_England Currently waiting for call to be answered, AGAIN. Let’s see if they will recognise my details as 3rd party. Which have been entered online, then over the phone, acknowledged they are there by webchat but phone not seeing them on 3 attempts

@jen__bowes Okay, regarding the Consent to Share (CTS), it's a no, unfortunately. CTS can be used to call and discuss the account just fine, but that's not something that can be verified over a live chat, unfortunately. At the moment, live chats need to be with the account holder only. 1/2
