Who’s protecting Keir Starmer because if this was anyone else they would have been sacked long ago with what he’s done to this country. Who’s protecting Keir Starmer 🤔

Starmer’s Brexit Reset Bill is his plan to take us closer to the EU & hand over our sovereignty to Brussels. This will cost billions as Labour once again sell out British taxpayers, as they have done with their shameful £35 billion Chagos Surrender Bill express.co.uk/news/politics/…

Leaving the ECHR will not allow you to deport all Asylum Seekers, you can't deport a person without the other country accepting them. But it will allow the State Pension, Minimum Wage, Paid Holiday, Max Working Hours, Maternity Leave and much more to be cancelled.

Thanks to the Tories and Labour, if you claim Universal Credit Health, Universal Credit Housing and PIP, you now take home £2,500 more each year than someone working full time on minimum wage. There are around a million people who do just this. How is that fair?

So the real reason Labour staff are jumping ship becomes clear as Starmer just announced he "requires all UK adults to own government-issued digital ID". Tony Blair started the idea and destruction of Britan, and Starmer wants to put the final nails in our coffins. We say no!

The UK needs an independent, ethical & visionary leader. Maybe even a benevolent dictator who will put country first. The UK is too divided. A leader is needed who can pull people together. A leader who will not allow outsiders to dictate what is best for the UK. A leader who will push for world peace. A leader who will be pro-peace. A leader who can make the UK a sovereign country, not a stooge of the USA.

The man shouting “tax dodger” at others may have dodged tax himself. ❗ Farage’s partner bought an £885K house in Clacton. ❗ BBC finds no evidence of her “family wealth.” ❗ Farage now lawyered up with a tax KC. Should he resign? Yes 👍 or No 👎 bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

@maggie_lavan @Johninpompano Yes, given that we can no longer trust that a future referendum would be any less dirty than the last one. And a referendum is unnecessary. We didn't have one when we joined in 1973.

Starmer's greatest weapon against Farage is rejoining the EU. Apparently, around 70% of Brits now want that, and it would force Farage to defend Brexit again against a public that now knows how dumb Brexit is.

@OOVelma @HoodedClaw1974 I don't think a one off gathering with loud music would cause serious distress

In summary, without the element of loud music causing serious distress, the gathering does not appear to be illegal under the cited legislation, and the police intervention might be seen as an overreach, contributing to the public's frustration with law enforcement priorities and resource allocation. 1. **Legal Framework**: The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, specifically Section 63, allows police to intervene in gatherings where amplified music is played during the night and is likely to cause serious distress to the inhabitants of the locality due to its loudness and duration. This is often referred to as addressing "rave" or "party" situations. 2. **Application in the Video**: In the video, the police claim the gathering is illegal, but there is no mention of amplified music causing distress. The gathering appears to be a peaceful assembly of people, mostly over 50s, without any indication of the music or noise levels that would justify police intervention under the Act. 3. **Police Intervention Without Music**: Without the element of loud music causing serious distress, the gathering does not fit the criteria for police intervention under Section 63 of the 1994 Act. Other laws might apply if there is evidence of other disturbances, such as public order offenses, but none are apparent from the video description. 4. **Public Perception and Resource Allocation**: The public's frustration, as expressed in the video, stems from the perception that police resources are being misallocated. The comparison to more serious crimes like paedophilia hunting by vigilantes underscores a broader critique of police priorities and effectiveness, especially in light of reports like the HMICFRS 2024 findings on resource constraints and community trust issues. 5. **Conclusion**: Based on the information provided, the police intervention in this case seems unjustified under the specific legal framework of the 1994 Act, as there is no evidence of the requisite conditions (loud music causing serious distress). This raises questions about the discretion and judgment used by the police in such situations, potentially exacerbating public distrust, as highlighted in the New Statesman article from 2023.

Member of the public questions the police over the use of resources, as 10 them turn up for 30 people in a park having a supposedly illegal gathering. Do you agree with him?
