The “nicknames” Meghan uses for her husband and children always feel intentional to me. Harry becomes “H.”
Lilibet becomes “Lil.”
Archie becomes “Arch.” Everyone gets shortened, minimized, reduced to abbreviations, while she remains “Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.” Why? Because IMO it’s part of her need to position herself above everyone else. It’s subtle, but telling. Harry, Archie and Lili are blood royals by birth. Meghan is not. So instead of elevating her family, she constantly seems to diminish them, bring them down a peg and strip away the weight and history attached to their names. It comes across as demeaning, disrespectful and frankly a little transparent.
