my daily job only exists because hospitals & providers have to fight payers like #UnitedHealthcare for payment & to prevent patient balance billing. when i heard the news my first thought was great now they'll just use this as another excuse to deny patient claims & care.

@SouthwestAir it’s been long over the 10 day processing but we only received partial refund for our flight tickets.

@SouthwestAir i thought refund policy stated original payment returned in 7 days…. i’m still waiting….
