When we talk about digital infrastructure, we mean the invisible backbone that powers our online world, 📌One trusted digital ID replaces multiple IDs and endless forms for government services. The value MandalaChain brings. @MandalaChain #BuildOnChain

Yesterday, we dove deep into Chapter 9 – The Technical Side of Bitcoin led by Glenn from @BitcoinUbuntu. We started with the fundamentals of cryptographic identity, exploring how public and private keys create a secure, trustless system for ownership. It’s incredible to see how digital signatures serve as an invisible proof of authenticity, protecting your funds without ever revealing your private keys. Next, we tackled the UTXO (Unspent Transaction Output) model. Unlike traditional accounts, Bitcoin works more like physical cash—splitting and combining "pieces" of bitcoin to form new transactions while meticulously accounting for every satoshi. We then met the gatekeepers of the network: - Nodes: The "digital traffic cops" that validate transactions and enforce the network's rules. - Miners: The "architects of security" who use Proof-of-Work to compete for block hashes and secure the blockchain. From the "waiting room" of the Mempool to the pre-programmed scarcity of the Halving, we saw exactly how Bitcoin remains decentralized and uncorrupted. Key takeaways: - Digital Signatures: Your proof of ownership and authenticity. - UTXO Model: The foundation of transparent, traceable transactions. - Nodes & Miners: The dual force for decentralized security and validation. - Proof-of-Work: The mechanism that makes the ledger tamper-proof. #bitcoin #bitcoineducation #bitcoinCommunity #ProofOfWork

The Stellar Builders Bootcamp Kabale, Uganda 🇺🇬 just wrapped. 3 days. 29 builders. 16 GitHub repositories created. 100% of projects mentored. This wasn’t a hackathon. Participants were selected. You came with a live project, full commitment, and readiness to execute. Daily sprints. Live code reviews. Architecture sessions. Milestone tracking. GTM strategy. Real builders. Real output. Huge shoutout to lead mentor @koxy_Dev who flew all the way from Nigeria to mentor this bootcamp our very own @AsmanMalika traveled from Kenya to support the Uganda team together with our Chapter lead @SarahWahinya The Stellar developer ecosystem in East Africa isn’t a plan. It’s being built city by city, bootcamp by bootcamp.

Powerful session at @schoolOfSatoshi diving into the fundamentals of #Bitcoin from the genesis block to financial inclusion.
School Of Satoshi🇺🇬@schoolOfSatoshi

If the fiat system has weaknesses, what’s the alternative?🤔🤔 In our recent classes at School of Satoshi, we’ve been asking a big question we had learned how Cypherpunks tried for years to decentralize the digital future through different innovations…. but many of their ideas struggled to fully work in the real world till #Bitcoin was Created🎉🎉🎉 Yesterday we had a powerful deep dive into chapter 5 by our Tutor @Angella_Jude who introduced us to fundamentals of #bitcoin.🎊🎉🎉 We started with a genesis of Bitcoin. What is Bitcoin?, Why Bitcoin? Who introduced Bitcoin? We learnt that In 2008, someone under the name Satoshi Nakamoto proposed Bitcoin a peer-to-peer electronic cash system designed to work without intermediaries. We explored what makes Bitcoin interesting? • It’s open to anyone with internet access • You can send value across the world in minutes, often with low fees • It promotes financial inclusion even simple phones can access it through innovations like Machankura • Transactions are public, but your identity isn’t tied to them We also learnt that On January 3rd, 2009, the first Bitcoin block was mined, marking the beginning of a new decentralized monetary network built on a public ledger. One thing she emphasized: Bitcoin isn’t just about “investment.” It’s about understanding money and having more control over how you save and transact. Big conversations. New perspectives. #SchoolOfSatoshi#BitcoinEducation
