I was a long standing and sincere fan of @BoyGeorge. I was with him through all his trials and tribulations. He always had the benefit of the doubt from me. In the 90s, I was a regular at his parties in Bagley's, Kings Cross. I greatly admire his musical talent. But his support for the terrorist, apartheid state of Israel and denial of its genocide in Palestine has crossed way over the line. It is unforgivable and beyond redemption.

My impression of Mamdani is that he isn’t really trying to solve problems or improve anything for anyone. Rather he is purposely trying to sow chaos and internal division to bring America down. It’s that simple. He rage baits for no purpose other than to attack and harm our great nation.

Didn’t vote for him and he’ll probably crash and burn, but undeniably Mayor Mamdani has a potent political pulse. His ideas for grocery store discounts will probably go down with his free, fast buses. His call to arrest Netanyahu is borderline antisemitic incitement, but he is also strong, compassionate, and confident. The Democrats are embracing him. Thus they will lose, but at least they’ll have self-respect and optimism. He doesn’t scare me anymore.
