I agree, Gordon, @British_Airways is not the company it was. IT Systems down the pan, and I’m still trying to get an eVoucher refunded (three months of repeated letters, emails, phone calls and still no progress). Sad to see it going to pot. EasyJet can probably clean up now…

I am deeply saddened to read of the passing of Tim Smith from Cardiacs today. Even though Tim had been ill for many years, it's still hard for me to think of him as gone, as his music made such a big impression on me, and continues to do so.
