Title says it all: "Slack is extorting us with a $195k/yr bill increase". Slack (acquired by Salesforce for $27 billion) raises the price on a nonprofit customer from $5K/year to $200K/year. Link below. Don't trust the "discounts" offered by Salesforce to get in the door. They extort mercilessly in later years. We have an outstanding enterprise messaging product in Zoho Cliq and that is growing rapidly. And we won't ever extort you.

Our big AI announcement today. First, Zia LLM with 3 completely home-grown models with 1.3 billion, 2.6 billion and 7 billion parameters, that focus on various business use cases. Second, two completely home grown automatic speech to text models for English and Hindi, optimised to perform with high accuracy in relatively modest hardware. We will support other Indian languages over time. Third, AI Agent Studio and a variety of pre-built agents that rely on a choice of open source or commerical LLM APIs, and customers can choose the LLMs they want to use. @Intrinsic_cycle @svembu Some numbers to share: 60% of the customer chats, are attended by Bots. 25% of the chats are completed by bots without a human intervention. All these interactions are powered by Zoho SalesIQ and we are continuously working to improve the satisfaction rating. 3/4
