This NESIS map is so unbelievably terrible, inaccurate, and incomplete that I seriously have to wonder if they intentionally tanked it in their quest to get more people to switch to using the RSI system. There's no way anybody remotely competent could swing and miss that badly!

It’s been 3,683 days since Philly has seen at least a foot of snow from a storm I believe that streak is about to come to an end. Very intense band setting up right over the Delaware Valley. If it stalls, we could see totals overperform in spots. How far W does it pivot though?

MODEL CORRECTION HAPPENING This is raw data.L, not my forecast. Just wanted to show you the first image on the left is the GFS last night, the right is this morning. Yesterday I talked how I believed the extreme totals on some models would back off. This lines up with my totals

I have a feeling this storm may put a northwest trend into it. Usually with these coastal storms it does and it won’t surprise me if more island sees higher snow then the coast.
