Anyone else on iOS 18.5 (iPhone 16 Pro) seeing weird Messages app behavior? When people react to my texts, it sometimes shows them "Liking" their own messages instead. Is this a bug or just me? #iOS18 #iPhone16Pro #Apple

Smart people always figure out a way to turn around the situation regardless of how the odds are stacked against them, they are actually grateful for the opportunity to grow into a mentally stronger version of themselves, they know that rewriting their limits is part of the fun.

Reality doesn’t care that you were right, it only cares about whether you had the courage to position yourself in a way where being right completely changed your life for the better.

Too much support without challenge and people get complacent. Too much challenge without support and people shut down. No support or challenge and people stop caring. The right mix of support and challenge activates people to be at their best. Leaders set the tone.

What if you also measure success based on how much fun you’re having?

Do you want to end the week in an uncommon way? Think of someone who went above and beyond recently. Before Friday is over, take 2 minutes and tell them you noticed. They will carry that momentum into their personal lives over the weekend and into the start of a new Monday. ☀️

Last October was the most challenging month I've had professionally in years. I needed to step into multiple layers of hard situations and delicate conversations. In that moment, I realized I couldn't have a strategic plan for all that needed to be handled, but I could choose a set of core values that would guide me moment by moment in what I did and what I said. One of the values that become clear was: Compassion Over the last 7 years, @aprilwensel , with @compassioncode , has been an influence in my understanding of what it means to be compassionate. It doesn't always mean being "nice". Sometimes you need to share feedback with people that will be uncomfortable, but in their best interest and in the interest of the people around them.
