@trueadm We started conversations about accessibility on Day 1 with this project. And from them created behavior requirements that got incorporated into the project plan. It was a great balance of speed and deep infra considerations.

I feel deep shame for how we've abandoned the women of Afghanistan and deep terror for what is about to happen to them. I'm sorry.

Not a fan of "badass" as a superlative for women, in the context of leaders. I just find the word "ass" to be crass. And I still don't like that women need to be qualified with adjectives to be elevated to equals. "badass man leader!" "strong male executive" weird, right?

I feel like I spend a lot of time these days adding value by just remembering stupid shit we did 10+ years ago and why it was dumb. Is this "experience"?

@robmay As with most things human, I think it comes down to story. We need avatars to represent huge, ineffable systems. We need protagonists and antagonists: leaders, chiefs, CEOs, 神, gods, bullies, demons. Decentralized systems are fecund fields, given just 7 basic plots to expand on.

@JacobSingh @petemuntean United is handling this situation really well. Good change policies. We've booked and changed and canceled. They returned points and extended our status. We'll fly with them in a week and I'm looking forward to it.

JUST IN: Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, and Delta Air Lines will NOT REQUIRE employees to get vaccinated, breaking with United Airlines' mandate that workers get vaccinated by October 25th or face getting fired.
