What is mainstream? The peak of actual mainstream coverage of U.S. pro wrestling was 1926-35.

@jesseinmanTV It isn't just about this year. Think about the pass catchers beyond this season. If Rice and Kelce are gone, you have (unproven as of now) Worthy and Royals. That's it.

If you don't think the Chiefs need receiving help when Rice is a massive off-field liability and shouldn't be re-signed, through two years, Worthy is Mecole Hardman, Royals couldn't get on the field, and Thornton is hoping for a 5th year breakout, I don't know what to tell ya.

@jesseinmanTV @cdotharrison The Chiefs are completely inept at evaluating Edge and DT. Dave Merritt is great at evaluating corners and they've shown that they can get them late in the draft. What hides holes in the secondary is a pass rush which is something the Chiefs dont have.

All I’m saying is if the Chiefs had done that exact trade for Bain who still on the board, the move would’ve been celebrated. The concept of “value” is based of Daniel Jeremiah and Mel Kiper.

I have to give 2 separate grades for Veach tonight: An A-for the players themselves because they're unquestionably good players. He gets an F for the process involved and for not addressing the 2 biggest needs which was WR and DE.

@AlexGold Agreed, but why can’t Jones kick out to edge more? Or Woods? Still some decent edge options in this draft. Maybe the deepest position. Plus, do you want Nohl, Fulton or a different rookie shadowing the WR1’s on next years schedule?

Really feel like the Chiefs need to get Cam Jordan or another vet on the edge with what transpired tonight.
